Read this tutorial and see how to create sound animation in flash 8 without Action Script. You can use this animation for web site with sound (when the sound is active).



Step 1

Create a new flash document and frame rate set to 22 fps (Frames per Second).



Step 2

Draw the "sound simbol"  like it is shown on the picture below.



Step 3

Insert a new layer, name it line, take the Line Tool (N), and draw the "line" like it is shown on the picture below.



Step 4

While your "line" is still selected, press F8 on the keyboard (Convert to Symbol) to convert it into a Movie Clip.



Step 5

Then, set your new made Movie Clip ("line") on the position like it is shown on the picture below.



Step 6

Click on frame 10 and press F6 (Keyframe).

Step 7

Then, take the Free Transform Tool (Q), and increase your "line" a little. See the picture below.



Step 8

Click on frame 10 of layer 1 and press F5.

Step 9

Go back on frame 10 of layer line, select the "line", and set it on this position:



Step 10

While your "line" is still selected, open the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3), and under Color choose Alpha and set it to 0%. See the picture below.



Step 11

Click on frame 1, and in Properties Panel under Tween choose Motion.





Now, you must to insert two new layers, and for every of that layer, you must to repeat the previous steps. Note! Every other layer must start four frames after by comparison with previous layer. Look at the picture below!



Test your movie (Ctrl+Enter)
